Our chickens are farm fresh birds from the Fraser Valley that have never been frozen. We brine our birds then rub them with our signature dry rub. Once dry rubbed, we air dry our birds then rotisserie cook them to your liking. Each rotisserie item is served with a choice of two sides and house-made corn bread.
